We’re 100% transparent with you from the beginning. Our approach uses Join, a web-based cost tracking software that shares real-time cost data. Granite Properties and Open Studio Architecture will have 24/7 access to the estimate and target cost tracking. This tool fosters collaboration and active participation in the design and preconstruction process, enabling us to track costs, present options and alternates, and report budget trends in real time.
