Colorado Springs, Colo., Nov.13, 2019 – GE Johnson Construction Co. has promoted Jonathan McDonald to construction executive and Sean Williams to operations manager.
Jonathan McDonald joined GE Johnson in September of 2016 and led the Agilent Apothecary project in Frederick, Colorado. McDonald has enthusiasm for building with excellence, passion for developing high-performance teams, and knowledge of advanced technology projects earned in the semiconductor industry. McDonald is for overall project performance and providing leadership, guidance, and support for project planning efforts and ensuring coordination and communication among stakeholders. He is also heavily involved in preconstruction, project setup, and subcontractor buyout, in addition to activities throughout project completion.
Sean Williams joined GE Johnson in January as a design phase executive, bringing more than 12 years of industry experience in various capacities including lean project delivery. As construction manager he will collaboratively lead projects through design and construction and continue to lead the virtual design and construction department. Williams’ diverse professional resume includes healthcare, performing arts, hospitality, higher education, correctional, and government projects, with multiple delivery methods including design-build and integrated project delivery. He has a propensity for building strong and highly-effective teams and is involved with multiple professional organizations including the Lean Construction Institute (LCI), American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) and the U.S. Green Building Council.
