Build Like a Girl
In 2015, women filled 47% of all U.S. jobs, but held only 28% of STEM jobs. GE Johnson is on a mission to introduce more girls to the many career opportunities in construction. Build Like a Girl Day provides students hands-on experiences. Past events included constructing little libraries, bee hotels, and bat houses. Learn more about Build Like a Girl here.
