GE Johnson Announces New Board Members

Colorado Springs, Colo. – January 16, 2019 – GE Johnson announces the election of four new members to its Board of Directors. The newly elected members are Mike Fordyce, Ryan Heeter, Kasia King, and Nick Siakotos. GE Johnson President and CEO Jim Johnson said, “Our four new members bring even more diverse expertise and experience to the board, which will benefit our entire organization.”

Mike Fordyce recently retired as president and chief executive officer of Craig Hospital. He is a highly-effective, values-based leader with strategic vision for organizations and the engagement of their employees.

Ryan Heeter is chief operating officer for GE Johnson Construction Company. His construction industry experience includes operations, business development, preconstruction, and strategic planning.

Kasia King is executive director of human resources for GE Johnson. She has a passion for mentoring and coaching leaders to fulfill their potential, along with 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles.

Nick Siakotos is vice president for GE Johnson, focusing on risk management. He has expertise in contract management, commercial insurance and legal matters.
