GE Johnson Announces Scott Miller as New Leader

GE Johnson Construction Co. announces Scott Miller as the new leader of GE Johnson. The announcement came last week at internal company townhall events from Jim Johnson, president at GE Johnson.

With 22 years of experience in the industry and with GE Johnson, Miller has expertise in all facets of the business. Starting his career as an intern with GE Johnson and joining full-time after he graduated from Kansas State University in 2001, Miller has been a key team member on many signature projects throughout his career. Serving in nearly all operational positions and core markets, he most recently led operations throughout Colorado as vice president.

“I am proud of the work we do at GE Johnson and look forward to collaborating with our customers and partners to continue building great things in the communities in which we work,” said Miller. “We have tremendous talent and self-perform capabilities and see opportunities in the Mountain States that promise to be exciting for the foreseeable future.”

Johnson has led the company for more than 30 years and will continue working with Miller to transition leadership of the company over the next six months. While not retiring, Johnson, whose father started the company in 1967, will gradually step away from his day-to-day responsibilities, continue to provide support for key customers and pursuits, and champion culture and community engagement.

GE Johnson has more than 50 years of experience in the Front Range and beyond serving customers in advanced technology, commercial, education, healthcare, and life sciences markets.
